We’re Garry and Holly. We are empty nesters who decided that Indian Rocks Beach, FL (IRB) was going to be our forever home! This is a beautiful beach town on a barrier island. It’s like being in ‘old Florida’ but with ‘new Florida’ only minutes over the bridge! We now want to share our pristine, white sugar sand beach with others, so we’ve bought 4 rental properties.
