Does Varebo take a cut of my bookings?
No. Guests pay you directly through your own Stripe or PayPal account. Varebo never touches the money and takes 0% commission. You only pay the $29/month (or $290/year) subscription.
Do I need to leave Airbnb or VRBO?
Not at all. Most hosts keep their listings and use Varebo for repeat guests, referrals and social media. Calendar sync blocks the dates booked elsewhere so you don't get double bookings.
How does calendar sync work?
Paste your Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com calendar (iCal) link into your dashboard, and paste your Varebo calendar link back into those sites. Booked nights are blocked on both sides automatically.
What is the welcome guide?
A private mobile page for your guests with arrival instructions, Wi-Fi, house rules, check-out steps, local favorites and emergency info. Share it with a QR code or print it as a book for the counter.
