Beautifully renovated, lower 5th floor condo directly on the beach
King in bedroom with twin bunk beds in the hallway and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessities. There is a dual function K cup coffee maker for either drip coffee or pods, crockpot, hand mixer, and assortment of pots, pans, utensils.
Family friendly condo which has pool toys, floats, beach games, tennis rackets, pickleball rackets, board games and children’s books.
There are 2 pools ( 1 heated in the fall/winter), indoor and outdoor hot tubs, 2 kiddie pools, sauna, fitness center, lighted tennis courts with pickleball lines, basketball court, shuffle board and community grills.
There is an on site Market, Bikini Bob’s poolside grill and Tiki Bar which are open seasonally (March -end of October).
Gated community with 24 hour security.
Beach chair/umbrella service for 2 from March -October is included ($50 a day value)
There are also 2 additional backpack style beach chairs in the condo for use along with beach bag ,cooler, and extra umbrella.
Linens and towels provided (Must bring your own beach towels)
Starter packs of toiletries, toilet paper, and paper towels provided
Located on East side of PCB with several restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance.
St Andrews Park is just 3 miles down the road. Very convenient to numerous shops, restaurants, local attractions and golf courses
