A stunning grand entrance directs your attention to the views of the ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows. Directly across from the front entrance is a marble, double-sided fireplace overlooking a formal sitting room with oceanfront views. Walk across the marble flooring to find a family room to the right with a large, flat-screen TV and cozy furnishings all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The game room also contains an entrance to the second floor balcony which overlooks the ocean. Adjacent to this balcony entrance is the first guest bedroom which holds a full over full bunk bed as well as a toddler bed. The second guest bedroom boasts two full beds and an in-suite bathroom. The third and final guest bedroom holds two queen beds, private access to the oceanfront balcony, and an in-suite bathroom.

The large, paved deck goes across the entire width of the home and features ample outdoor lounge chairs, dining furniture, and a grill. The natural sea dunes and large lot size offer privacy and you enjoy your private oasis. As you gaze past the sea dunes and watch the waves lap at the shore, look to your right to find a hybrid swim-spa. A swim-spa is a deep and wide hot tub that offers a heated soaking space as well as room for kids and adults alike to swim area. Follow your private boardwalk leading you through the dunes to find your toes in the sand! This area of the beach is uniquely isolated from the busy beaches of Daytona only minutes away.
