Privacy policy

Short version: we collect only what's needed to run the tools, we don't sell or rent data, we don't run ads or tracking cookies, and we delete things on a schedule. Questions or requests: info@draive.net.
Who we are
Varebo (varebo.com) is owned and operated by Hous Media Solutions LLC, Daytona Beach, Florida, USA ("Varebo", "we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email info@draive.net.
What we collect and why

Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, storage, AI analysis for the listing checker (Workers AI), bot protection (Turnstile) and admin login.
- Stripe: Varebo's host subscriptions. Guest payments go through the host's own Stripe account, under Stripe's privacy policy.
- PayPal: guest payments, if the host connects their own PayPal account.
- Resend: sending emails (welcome, login links, booking alerts, reminders).
- Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com: we read the calendar links hosts provide, to block booked dates and show the badge.
We don't sell, rent or share personal data for advertising. We share data only with these processors to run the service, or if the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
No advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your dashboard or account login token in local storage so you stay logged in, and Cloudflare's bot check may set a security cookie. That's it.

Your choices and rights
- Hosts can edit everything in their dashboard, disconnect payment keys anytime, and ask us to delete their site and data.
- Guests can ask the host, or us, to delete their booking details.
- Anyone can ask what we hold about them, or ask for a correction or deletion, by emailing info@draive.net. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; we honor them.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Payment credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Dashboard links are stored only as one-way hashes. The admin panel is behind a separate login. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we'll tell you.
Children
Varebo is not meant for children under 13, and hosts must be adults who can enter contracts.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and email hosts about anything important.
